Yeah, could be a virtual luncheon and that time would be more inclusive. I wonder if video is the way to go if it's no agenda/open Q&A. Could also try a Twitter spaces but not everyone is on there.
I tried a YouTube live stream before. Had some technical issues initially but then it worked fine.
Or just a Zoom call where everyone is allowed to speak.
