Frederik-loved the whole thing, but especially this: “Pay close attention to your truths. They get lost. They wait like treasure to be rediscovered. Gold coins of the soul, looming below your inner horizon.” 💥

I love it when this happens. Any thoughts on where these messages come from and why they reach through?

I used to think it was just the "creative night shift," that is the unconscious presenting something when the mind is otherwise occupied (walk, shower, sleep etc.).

Now I think of it as a spectrum ranging from the unconscious to 'receiving from the field' (or your muse, spiritual supportive forces). Sometimes it's clear, sometimes it's muddy.

The more mind-commentary that is present, the more challenging the experience.

Reaching the unconscious can be practiced (journaling, walks/motion, "strategic naps").

Being more open to "downloads" is still new to me. I see it as a combination of your vibration (ability to receive and 'get it'), noticing and making yourself available at the right time (if your channel works at night: getting up to write vs. going back to sleep), as well as an intentional connection to your source (higher self, God, whatever your cosmology is).

This is great. In my experience, the more I pay attention to dream content and these little voices, the more frequently they find me. It's like the unconscious starts to notice a new channel for communication....If only there were an easier way to record the messages than turning on a light/phone and waking your spouse!

Agreed, the more we tune in, the more that seems to be available to receive.

And yes, it doesn't seem to lend itself easily to traditional schedules/circumstances.
